Empowering Success
Your Path to Germany
Becoming a recognised nursing professional abroad involves language requirements, complex formalities, and an unfamiliar recognition process.

Phase 1 — Preparation in Your Home Country
01
Application & Selection
You submit your qualifications (education, degrees, work experience). We review your profile and match it with suitable institutions in Germany.
02
German Language Course
An intensive language course up to level B1/B2, supported by Go Abroad International. You learn not only the language but also nursing-specific vocabulary.
03
Interview & Matching
You take part in an interview with the German institution (in person or by video). Upon a successful match, you receive a concrete job offer.
04
Formalities
We guide you through the visa, the recognition procedure (deficiency notice), the work permit, and the organization of accommodation, health/pension insurance, and tax ID — before you travel to Germany.
Phase 2 — Your Arrival in Germany
05
Entry & Start
We organize your entry and support you through the first steps on the ground — from registration to your residence permit. You begin working at the institution, usually first as a nursing assistant
06
Digital Marketing
With support from our education partners, you prepare for the knowledge examination or adaptation course to achieve full recognition as a qualified nurse in Germany. We accompany you with regular feedback sessions.
